My Own experience with traditional herbs.    You may also follow this practice for anyone in the family from 5 years onwards: According to  Dhanwantri Swamigal  if one takes 7 pepper corns, pound it to a nice powder, transfer the same to a small dish, add some honey (2 teaspoons) and triturate well using our right hand ring finger (this finger being connected to the heart meridian, God's abundance grace enters our body).  The trituration must take place for 108 times in a clockwise direction.  During the trituration one should meditate on one's "Ishta Deivam"  After trituration this medicine should be taken on a empty stomach for one "Mandalam"- 48 days.  This medicine is the first line of defence to the body.  It averts any unwanted virus,antibodies entering our body.
